FlowTonic® resulted from my consideration with the requests of a modern, contemporary movement programme  - a ideal way to find balance through strength, mobility, flowing movements and centration. The beauty of FlowTonic® is in its simplicity and clarity – easy handling and easy-care, simple storage, uncomplicated transport as well as an attractive price-performance ratio.

Martin Kühni, graduated Physiotherapist HF and Pilates Trainer
The tools for all kind of trainings should be multifunctional and if possible small and easy to handle. All these features and even more are combined in the FlowTonic® Pad!
In many It is suitable in many ways for arms and legs. From the basic position on you can adapt the exercise with the pads to an easy level or to a more difficult one. Through the constant pressure on the pad the body works in a “closed chain”. This supporting function promotes optimal stability of the joints of the outer limbs and enhances the neuro-muscular control. During the classical exercises on the mat as well as in lessons with balls, therabands and circles, the trunk is often trained in a “open chain”. Here, the FlowTonic® Pad offers a reasonable complement.
For my daily work as a physiotherapist, I like to use the pad for the rehabilitation in various disease patterns. In my classes as Pilates instructor and in the Fitness, the pad is a training enrichment to me.

Gunda Slomka, Sports Therapist, Sports Scientist
The FlowTonic® Pads are amazing! Their good sliding quality and consequently lower friction contact add new dimensions to my toning classes. What motivates me most in the training as a sports therapist is to always keep the entire body structure in health. With FlowTonic® I can have an impact on the joints’ stability. It allows a training in dynamics rotation, hardly ever possible with other training tools. With controlled eccentric exercises I can influence directly on the connective tissues around joints and muscles.

Daniela Mayer, Sports Therapist, Kinesiologist, Pilates Trainer and Mental-Coach
For me, as a kinesiologist and enthusiastic Pilates and Yoga Teacher, movement is the natural way of success for raising one’s personal awareness of health.
Particularly important for me are „anatomically clever movements“, which achieve sustained success and can affect positively this self-organizing system of our body time.
Therefore, the FlowTonic®-Pad is perfectly suited and improves, in a simple and genius way the important framework like endurance, flexibility, performance and coordination For me, the use of the pads in the Pilates training emphasizes the essence of Pilates and means an additional value for developing the motility and body performance, preventing compensating in immobility in other body segments. It means structural focussing to a high degree of harmony, centring and precision.
